This company is all over the place when it comes to pay. Constantly changing and not in favor for the reps. Salary is horrible and there isnt much to strive for in promotions unless you want to be a manager. Even then its few and far between to have a position open up. Its a good company for a person that wants a quick sell. You can pad you paycheck fast then start all over after the 2 week pay period.
