Former Employee Upfront honesty in the recruiting process about the lawsuit & the amount of professionals that were in debt to the company would have made it feel like a more honest company. There was a lack of transparency across the company. When I was considering leaving, my sales manager who was a top performer for 4 years was dropped without a reason why and it confirmed I was just a number.
