Commission plan changes almost quarterly, currently it is based on percent to goal. Average rep does not hit goal every week. Goal goes up almost every pay period regardless of sales performance.

Pretty mid. The prospects hate the product and I felt like I was scamming customers. 100% cold calling 7 hours a day. On the bright side, it’s a great role for someone out of college, great experience cold calling and closing in one call. This helped a lot for future role
