Current Employee i’ve been at this company for eight years. It was amazing at the start and look. I’m not complaining because of my inability to cope with changes or adapt to a changing environment but as time has gone on the changes have been getting so bad that I can’t even say it’s the same company anymore working there when I started or even a few years ago was a world of difference compared to what it is now I almost can’t stand my life because of it obviously there’s a lot more to unpack there than can be said in this short character count allotment, but I would say this the pay has been cut significantly, at least a third compared to output relative to before a few years ago and the level to which they will go to micromanage their employees is honestly outrageous. You may think oh here’s someone who’s just being emotional, but I can assure you it is not the case. I have gone through so much here. if it were easier to prove the damage they’ve caused i’d sue them in a heartbeat. God knows they deserve it.
