Current Employee2.1Jun 3, 2024Very market dependent. Not all markets have the same opportunity and it’s difficult to overcome. Commission structure is good but reversals make it very hard to hit goal.

Current Employee2.4Oct 13, 2023Fine starter sales job, more of an account manager role than sales. Commission plan changes on a regular basis (every 2-3 months) typically with impact by meaningless metric. Many tasks in this role don’t drive sales or revenue, more of box checking. Opportunity to earn is highly dependent on the market you’re given.
