Managers and individual contributors are leaving left and right. Culture has gone down hill significantly in last 12 months. Company wide attainment is less than 25%. You receive unqualified inbound leads and a terrible list of outbound accounts. VP’s and C-Suite are out of touch and routinely increase quota and add predatory fees to existing customers up for renewal. I hate to be a debbie downer, but don’t work here unless you’re desperate and plan to leave within 12-18 months.

AppFolio has the best culture of any company I have ever worked for. Yes, there are issues and areas of improvement. But, it is a true family and you will learn A LOT. AppFolio is also an extremely great fit for our customers and we are continually making improvements that allow us to be number 1 for our niche on G2.
