Current Employee My experience has been be good at AppFolio. The culture and people are great and leadership continues to be transparent and make good decisions for the business.
The opportunity to hit quota is high with about 70% inbound leads and 30% outbound opportunities. It’s still a grind and you get out what you put into it.
I enjoy the way we run our sales process as we do zoom meetings for almost all calls (discos and demos always) and AEs build a great sales foundation.
It does seem to be difficult to move upward though due to limited senior leadership roles & long tenure of many at the company. Current Employee Great company to work for. Good culture, product, career growth
