AppFolio was great a few years back. Things have changed for the worse. New CEO is all about being people back into the office, had mass layoffs for the first time under his leadership, goal posts get moved further each year. Basically had a bunch of ex-Salesforce guys come in who didn’t know jack about how to set realistic goals and what really enabled our culture to thrive. Worth noting, I’m tracking to hit my year. This is coming from a place where I’ve witnessed too much hardship and leadership directly saying they have restructured quota for only 25% attainment. Slow sinking ship… really hope change for the better is coming. We had a good thing going.

Managers and individual contributors are leaving left and right. Culture has gone down hill significantly in last 12 months. Company wide attainment is less than 25%. You receive unqualified inbound leads and a terrible list of outbound accounts.
