Qualifications for compensation were based on converted opportunities, which never happened due to poor sales strategy. There is no career growth and the culture/leadership didn't have a handle on anything.

Biggest downside is there is zero room for growth if you start on the bottom, there is not a defined pathway or training to help you move your way up within the company.
