Biggest downside is there is zero room for growth if you start on the bottom, there is not a defined pathway or training to help you move your way up within the company. Qualifications for compensation were based on converted opportunities, which never happened due to poor sales strategy. There is no career growth and the culture/leadership didn't have a handle on anything.
