Very dependent on the hiring market. When talent is in short supply, much easier. When talent is plentiful, customers see product as "nice to have" and need to be walked far down the future state.

Very unattainable goals with low commission structures. You work at Appcast though to sell the best product in a niche space. Definitely a place to have a job versus career. Original founders (pre 2020 hires) walk around like are g-ds gift.

My experience overall was great - lots of growing pains since the acquisition of Bayard, but I am sure they will come out of it successfully.
