Things are pretty good but lots of opportunity for improvement. The company definitely wants to improve but not sure if the right leadership and culture is there. It feels like culture is an afterthought and management is crude and old school.

Got laid off for no reason with. Not performance based and claimed to be to cut costs but they hired 3 new reps the week before. Phishy stuff.

Dont walk RUN!!! no clear direction and all politics. There is hope that a new leader will help change this but from the top Ryan is absolutely everything a leader should not be.
