Current Employee Great solution and people. Like any company, leadership is primarily focused on their annual bonus. Internal politics and connections play a huge role as to account assignments and chances for success here. Sales leadership requires endless account reviews and planning. The company will not invest in onsite sales events, most remote reps have never met their vp in person even after years at the company. Less than 5-10% of the salesforce makes their quota. The comp plan is designed to ensure nobody can make serious money other than 5-10 senior executives. Top reps have left the company recently in pursuit of more generous comp plans.
