Current Employee My overall experience with appstar was good. Although the pay and incentives weren't as high as other places, the culture and experience gained at appstar is amazing. I learned so much while with appstar and can confidently use what I learned in other various sales roles. The culture is amazing and everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. There is no jealousy and everyone tries to help each other win. The early morning hours are hard to adjust to but having every afternoon and night off makes for a great work/life balance.
