It reminds me of the scene in Fury where they're sitting in the take ready to die and they all commiserate and laugh over the line, "best job I ever had." It's an incredible crucible and opportunity to grow but no one is ever going to stay without a team for 5+ years. It's just not sustainable. Immensely grateful for the opportunity...Read More
