1:1 mapping is difficult especially in a services based sales process. It’s difficult for a sales engineer to have a huge influence in the sales cycle outside of expected technical sales tasks. Initial pitch can be smashed out the park with customer saying they want and need the service but follow up needs to be prompt. Sales person needs to be a BDM type hunter and provide adequate follow up of prospects/partners to be successful. Browse Other Reviews
