Former Employee Terrible sales leadership, feom the CRO/President down. Culture cult run by self-loving greedy sociopaths that happen to also represent a phenomenal platform built by brilliant engineers. Not enough runway granted to most sellers to navigate 12-18 month SLED sales cycles, too much territory carve up and comp changes mid year, and a disjointed GTM motion resulting in tons of lost opportunities. All these problems are then blamed on the rep, who they fire/replace, only for the whole process in that particular market to start allllllll over again. This created a toxic culture of fear and reprisal.
