No direction from management and sales is a revolving door. Can be the best seller in the company but after the account is landed your just another number

Arrive does not pay their reps. They make a lot of money because of the amount of money they pull in, however, they do not pay their reps and keep the money to fund their non sales employees. This company will get sold and it will be a good payout for the CEO and President.

My experience here was terrible. We were sold a dream that didn’t exist, and they changed our comp structure less than 60 days into the role. Making the earning potential we were sold on even less achievable.
