Former Employee The company is doing a lot of great things for their customers but ;leadership does not value its own employees. they sell a dream that is not realistic unless you're in a hot market. ots of false promises and hot tempers from director level and up. you could be someone that lands the most new accounts and leadership will still overlook you and hand an amazing account to low performers to keep them around longer. They will let great talent leave quickly and fail to get rid of bad players/poor performers fast enough
