I got in too late to get access to the accounts that make the real money. After a year and a half the only way up was if someone else quit on my team. I did not see anyone quitting in the near future and being assigned the desired account. It was a lot of fun, great people, grind mentality, people kept it real. I just wish there were more opportunity for me.

In the past year the company has gone from 3,000+ employees to 1,700. Except they have only admitted to laying off 40. The rest have been fired for no cause at all or performance excuses after implementing a new compensation restructuring.
