Current Employee Every distributorship is different depending on where you are in the country with Arthrex. Each is ran differently. In my experience I’ve found you are expected to carry a very big bag in which the territories and relationships are owned by your leadership which leads to false promises for your own personal gain down the road which leads to very low salaries for this industry with a lot of work involved.
