Great company for learning the ropes and understanding the fundamentals of the medical device industry. Distributor model is great for family atmosphere but can be a challenge for reps looking to be financially compensated as they grow in the company.

Overall, Arthrex is a SOLID med device company that is always pushing the limits in the market. The ceiling though is just quite low once you have established yourself as accomplished in your role. They offer some of the better training in the market though and as a first job for med device, you cannot find a better company.
