Have been with the company for over 7+ years, recently changed compensation package and likely will make $110,000-$120,000 after taxes. Amazing products and sales training, every opportunity for success, just not compensated accordingly. Wish I didn't have to leave but can't survive in this economy.

Overall, Arthrex is a SOLID med device company that is always pushing the limits in the market. The ceiling though is just quite low once you have established yourself as accomplished in your role. They offer some of the better training in the market though and as a first job for med device, you cannot find a better company.
