Current Employee Distributorship model keeps reps from achieving comp plans comparable to competitors. Arthrex has the most innovative product but often times agencies don’t pay their reps well. 8+ years working for them and pay is well below what competitors are making. Back orders are common after covid. Most docs know Arthrex or already use it which is a plus. There are good agencies but West Coast has poor track record.
