pay is way below market average. Constant changes in leadership and territory structures make it take forever to ramp up. no solid partnerships with the SDR team. Look elsewhere.

They're a culturally terrific place, full of wonderful people. Customers love the product and their interactions with the business. Your income as a rep is limited only by how much money the market will bear to spend on these kinds of products, which are not mission critical.
