Assembly is an awesome company to work for. The leadership is outstanding, transparent, collaborative, and inclusive. I get great support from my manager. This is a sinking ship. Good product and people, terrible marketing and sales. There’s no sales leader, only a guy who’s BFFs with the CEO and sits back traveling and collects a fat salary without any skills or knowing how to sell. He kills deals if he’s involved.
