Current Employee This is a sinking ship. Good product and people, terrible marketing and sales. There’s no sales leader, only a guy who’s BFFs with the CEO and sits back traveling and collects a fat salary without any skills or knowing how to sell. He kills deals if he’s involved. Marketing is not able to compete, they haven’t produced anything to help sales that works. They don’t “get” what interests our customers. Generic messages, boring content, terrible show and webinar campaigns. Sales gets blamed for everything and the sales leader doesn’t stand up for his employees. The number of last minute demands and personal boundary violations because he can’t do his job is costing us business. You have to choose between family time and responding to his demands. Don’t expect him to be there to help you when you need it, he disappears when real work is happening. Don’t work here. The good people get driven out. I can’t tell you what the leaders do in sales and marketing or what value they bring but they get paid well and brag about it. Sad because the product is good. That’s the only reason we are still barely alive.
