-Very poor culture & leadership -Unorganized when it comes to account book & territory management for new reps -Not built up for success from a deal partnering standpoint yet

Astronomer is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the worlds largest apache project and our PMF is outstanding. In addition, if you lean into the playbook, you will make money as a rep.

The reps here definitely make $, and the product is great. I think product is strong and if we can go to market with the data ops platform - then we will be extremely successful and exit via strong sell or IPO. Like any playbook company - just be wary of overhiring / shrinking territories.
