I was an SDR at Asure Software. I denied two highly competitive offers in order to join the team. I realized a week in I made a big mistake and I was lied too. Asure software set my Quota at 50 Qualifed meetings ran a month with no inbound flow and no tech stack too use. The disconnect between management and rep is severe. Multiple reps are very unhappy and the only ones who are happy are the reps receiving inbound flow which is 2/12 sdrs. If you are in desperate need of a job take this one, if you have offers from other company's please dont make the mistake I did. Internally its a huge S*** show!

Asure is a place for seasoned HCM reps who have built a pipeline of COIs. If you’re a new to the industry and looking to apply I would advise from it. Apply to a ADP or a company where training is a priority. Asure is for reps who are looking to maximize their earning potential. One of the best commissions plan in the industry
