You have to get good really fast. You will be thrown on the floor, it will be sudden, there is a lot of multi-tasking. I was at the top of my group and other’s, and at that level, I was meeting the weekly quota, daily. Some had trouble meeting the weekly quota’s but it was maybe 1-2 people out of 6-7 in the group. Bonus: They keep it competitive by allowing you to track everyone in the company.
