Honestly the experience I had was a mixed bag. Lots of growth opportunities but unfortunately the pay and overall compensation was not good.

The company is currently undergoing quite a bit of positive change with a new CEO just announced, updated compensation plans to come, and changes to the org overall. I expect this to all be very positive for us going forward.
