Former Employee Everybody’s base started at $40k. Mine increased to $80k through performance KPIs. Starting out, I was 100% net new logo, however as I developed my book of business, my role largely shifted to account expansion. Leadership and culture were excellent until the Resigs stepped back and hired Blake as CEO and Nicole LaFlamme as CHRO. A quick Google search will explain how poor of a decision that was. Just like any sales role, it was awesome as long as you were making money which ended up being much more difficult than one might imagine. Typical tech startup environment full of booze and nepotism but I made some of my best lifelong friends along the way. Product market fit was excellent until the funding ran out due to NFL’s embezzlement and they could no longer invest in the product/ content/ channels AND competitors began emerging on the market (this also led to massive layoffs where only one sales rep remained, departments were axed and support became outsourced.) I’m proud of my accomplishments and the work I did and grateful for all my connections and teammates. Its ending was profoundly upsetting. Browse Other Reviews
