I'd avoid this organization at this time. Serious headwinds in terms of product market fit and competitors entering the market - like Salesforce, Klaviyo, and many others. The company is experiencing its first year of decreasing NDR, increased churn, and lots of employees are leaving out of frustration around workload. Management is scrambling to build new teams and products. There is significant bloat in reporting tools and weekly urgent "asks" to fill out spreadsheets or log certain activities (like x product demos) to report stronger metrics to the board and investors. The sales team I worked on had long tenured reps complaining about responsibility bloat and lack of clear responsibilities across different teams.
