My time at Attentive was fun and exciting and I enjoyed the role. There were certainly challenges and oversights in the prospecting expectations and it was opaque at times what was needed. Sales managers are helpful and friendly, but the higher leadership felt detached. When tech layoffs started, it was handled poorly and abruptly, and many jobs could have been saved with more practical hiring practices throughout the years.

Attentive is a great revenue org to be apart of! Base salaries could be higher, but overall a very well run department and lots of individuals see huge success.
