Heavily territory dependent. Overall market is moving away from radio to digital, buyer budgets are being slashed. Digital products have insane margins. Commission starts at 10%, but goes down to 3.5% for contract renewals- but, the amount of work per account doesn't change.

My Overall opinion is that the company is going to be bankrupt and need to sell off. Locally our culture is great and leadership strong as we dominate our local market. There is definitely opportunity to make real money but the company itself doesn't really help you- no in bound lead gen and very little training. We have a system for everything and it bogs down time...Read More

Good. The local cultural and leadership are very strong with 50-60% of AEs hitting quota. The corporate nonsense takes up too much time And could be better suited towards selling.
