Good. The local cultural and leadership are very strong with 50-60% of AEs hitting quota. The corporate nonsense takes up too much time And could be better suited towards selling.

My Overall opinion is that the company is going to be bankrupt and need to sell off. Locally our culture is great and leadership strong as we dominate our local market. There is definitely opportunity to make real money but the company itself doesn't really help you- no in bound lead gen and very little training.
