only reason i stuck around was my direct colleagues. other reps. leadership and CEO Rameez does not care for his employees, he and leadership only care about the company itself. They constantly restructured our pay and made adjustments to the org to pay us less. leadership is dishonest.

No more leadership. Consistent turnover. The best employees are jumping ship and now going to work for the competition. Compensation has drastically gotten worse. Lead quality has taken a big drop. You’re forced to sell poor quality leads that end up falling apart during implementation. Company went from being a unicorn, to turning into a donkey.
