New role at Autodesk requires extensive outbound efforts to create opportunities. Lofty sales goals. Low volume of inbound leads (typically low quality) to supplement pipeline. Training is top notch. Managers are excellent. Product-Market fit is great. Company is awesome.

Generous time off and wellness policies for employees. Very corporate structure and environment.
