Current Employee Autodesk is a good company to work for. While we experience turnover in the sales org like any other company does, I’d say the average tenure at Autodesk is longer than average. People tend to stay if they’re performing well. While the job is demanding, I feel that we are still encouraged to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Benefits are exceptional.
