Current Employee It's a mess in all honesty. There's no real leadership and just a bunch of guys at the top that are waiting to sell the business to the highest bidder. The employees suffer, so the customers suffer. Very under staffed in certain regions as they're trying to do it on the cheap, no leadership in satellite offices.... for this size of company, i'd say it's the worst lead business i've seen in my career. The product is good but it's also extremely expensive and lacks support.
