Poor leadership that has high arrogance and general lack of understanding of how to sell the product. The product itself is good, but the organizational structure and leadership create barriers and obstacles to selling - thus leading to roughly 14% of reps hitting their number. If leadership got out of the way the company could take off, or will be bought in the near term.

Lots of changes at the company...overall terrible leadership and focus on professional growth is non-existent. Pay is okay, but not many inbound leads and tough to hit quota.
