They got new funding and therefore tried to massively expand the sales team without any clear idea of market fit, trying to bruteforce. It gave space to good base salary but bad overall experience. Mismanaged opportunity from leadership and bad timing with VC/Startup world collapsing

Had a great team. We were fortunate to have managers who cared about coaching us. They addressed our weaknesses and focused on our strengths. There were lots of tools involved like Lusha, Zoominfo, Apollo, and Cognism to find leads.
