Current Employee Being owned by Vista is never good for the employees or customers. Avalara is a neutral place to work but will continue to gradually get worse as private equity looks for more ways to increase profitability by increasing customer prices while looking for ways to suppress employee wages (e.g. no raises and making comp plan worse).
