Current Employee Overall a solid company to work for. On the bright side, relevant technology fitting a market need in the data management space. Management continuity and clear vision for the future roadmap.
On the downside, quota attainment is WELL below industry averages, mostly due to unrealistic targets. Partner program is extremely unfriendly to sellers - expect to never get paid on partner sourced deals and have to fight channel reps internally to get off your turf.
