Former Employee My overall experience at AvePoint was positive. The people are great and the product fit was excellent in the market, with standout offerings that would out perform the competitors. However, poor leadership would result in pointless internal meetings and there is a inner clique and wide gap between regional director and CSO, which meant the RD got away with using strange, unethical tactics and no visibility across the pond, so you would be focused on internal politics over sales efforts most of the time. Not a fun game to play. Regardless, money is great and can milk it for what you want, if you can navigate the unneccessary politics.
