The quotas are very high and most reps are increasing their closed/won business year over year, but making less money because the quotas continue to increase significantly. The quotas are high and the attainment is low. Average attainment is probably in the 60-70% range. Base salaries are lower than the industry standard, and 90%+ of reps aren't making their OTE since nobody is hitting quota but a select few. Inbound lead flow is minimal, alot of business is self generated through prospecting. The prospecting tools are great though....Read More
