Not what you expect Leadership is lost, verbally abusive, and yes men for the ceo. No one makes quota except the two oldest sellers. They lie to you in the interview process because they are desperate for new sellers. ceo doesnt know how to sell and bombs the meetings he joins, then blames staff. stuck in dated practices, doesnt have any marketing. also doesnt pay out comission on time. he's cheap and he doesn't respect employees.

Very challenging environment with very little reward. No access to SFDC, SalesNav, or tool for email/phone. Excessive manual administrative tasks. No defined target market. No effective messaging. Forced to feature dump. Never heard of anyone hitting quota.
