Initially there was more inbound lead flow but as you ramp you get less. Almost 2 years into my role I might get 1 or 2 inbound leads per month

Lots of new hires, people are ramping and some people are slowly getting up to speed. If you don’t prospect and put in the work you don’t necessarily see the success you would hope.
