I really like working for Awardco. I think that there are always things that can be improved, but they have the right people there to help make sure that they are going in the right direction.

Overall, the company is fine. Solid product, great team members. There is no such thing as actual development/training. Leadership is young and VERY clicky with lots of favoritism and "boys club" type vibes. Quota attainment is LOW across the sales floor.
