The overall experience at Awardco has gotten worse. The leadership doesn’t address any of the concerns employees have. More and more reps are leaving for better opportunities. Leadership talks bad on the people who leave, or who are looking at any other jobs. There are still good things about Awardco, but the culture seems to be declining at least on the sales side.

Lots of new hires, people are ramping and some people are slowly getting up to speed. If you don’t prospect and put in the work you don’t necessarily see the success you would hope.

SMB team has a hard time hitting quota because of the market fit. Small companies tend to not have a budget for a product like awardco.
